You may be gathering your books and puzzles for a day at the beach or perhaps cuddled on the couch giving thanks to your central air on these hot and steamy days.  Either way, my hope for you is that you are enjoying the summer and having loads of fun!

For some hip and healthy amusement, I’ve created a crossword for you.  Print out the below and bring it to the beach or you can even complete it online here.  See if you can figure out the hip tips on how to have a safe and fun summer experience.
